Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 12-15 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
* Standard Delivery: 12-15 business days
* Express Delivery (Optional): 6-7 business days (charges apply)

International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries.
* Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
* Delivery timelines for international orders are approximately 15-20 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SAAR is not responsible for these charges and if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions, customs delays, or courier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
